2. Use Without an Account
WarriorEnv does not require registration for all Platform functionality and does not currently use its own advertising or marketing cookies.
Technical service providers may nevertheless process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, connection information and request timestamps, where necessary to deliver and secure the Platform.
3. Google Sign-In
If a user voluntarily creates an account using Google Sign-In, WarriorEnv uses Google authentication to identify the user.
Depending on the information supplied by Google and the implementation of the authentication system, this may include a unique account identifier, email address, display name and profile image.
This information is used for account creation, authentication and operation. The legal basis is performance of a contract or taking steps at the user's request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Firebase
WarriorEnv uses Firebase for Platform infrastructure and account functionality. Firebase may process information necessary to authenticate users and operate their accounts.
WarriorEnv does not use account information for advertising profiling.
5. Payments
Payments are processed using Stripe.
Payment-card information is submitted to and processed by Stripe. WarriorEnv does not store users' payment-card details.
Stripe and WarriorEnv may process information necessary to complete and document transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
6. Telegram
Users may voluntarily connect WarriorEnv functionality with Telegram and/or participate in an associated Telegram community.
Messages, images and other content posted directly by users in Telegram are not transferred into the WarriorEnv database unless expressly stated otherwise.
Deleting a WarriorEnv account does not automatically delete content posted by the user in Telegram.
7. Email Marketing
WarriorEnv does not currently operate an email marketing programme.
WarriorEnv may introduce an optional email subscription in the future. Where this occurs, subscription will be voluntary and separate, and marketing communications will be based on the user's consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Users will be able to withdraw that consent.
8. Future AI Features
WarriorEnv may introduce functionality using artificial-intelligence services.
Where such functionality involves sending information entered by a user to an external AI provider, that information will be transmitted only following an explicit user action or confirmation.
This Privacy Policy may be updated before such functionality is introduced to identify the relevant provider and explain the applicable processing.
9. Cookies
WarriorEnv does not currently use its own analytics or advertising cookies.
Technical storage mechanisms or similar technologies may nevertheless be used where necessary for authentication, security or the operation of third-party services.
If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this Policy will be updated and consent mechanisms will be provided where required by law.
10. Retention and Account Deletion
Account data is retained while the user's account exists or while necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
When a user deletes their account, account data held by WarriorEnv is deleted except where retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Deleting an account permanently removes the information WarriorEnv uses to determine access to previously purchased digital content. The user will therefore permanently lose access to all content purchased through that account. WarriorEnv cannot restore purchase history or access to purchased content after account deletion.
Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by Dutch law even after a WarriorEnv account has been deleted.
Third-party providers may apply their own legally permitted retention periods.
11. Recipients of Data
Depending on the functionality used, data may be processed by Google and Firebase for authentication and infrastructure, Hostinger for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Telegram for Telegram-related functionality and community participation.
WarriorEnv does not sell users' personal data.
12. International Transfers
Some service providers used by WarriorEnv operate internationally and may process information outside the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR requires safeguards for such transfers, applicable GDPR transfer mechanisms are used by the relevant parties.
13. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions provided by GDPR, users may request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of processing and data portability; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent previously given.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Requests can be submitted to support@warriorenv.nl.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
14. Changes to this Policy
WarriorEnv may update this Privacy Policy when the Platform, providers, processing activities or applicable law change.
The latest version and its last-updated date will be published on the Platform.
