Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of WarriorEnv, available at portal.warriorenv.nl (the "Platform").

By using the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing paid content, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Platform
WarriorEnv provides educational and informational content and tools, including articles, videos, tests, interactive materials, courses, downloadable materials, user profiles, progress features and other functionality.
Some parts of the Platform are available without registration. Certain features may require an account.
WarriorEnv may add, modify or discontinue individual free features of the Platform.
2. Accounts
Registration is optional for those parts of the Platform that do not require an account.
Accounts may be created using Google Sign-In. Where available, users may also connect Telegram.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google and Telegram accounts and must not provide other persons with unauthorized access to their WarriorEnv account.
3. Paid Content
Certain materials or features may be offered for a fee.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, purchases are one-time purchases granting access to the specific digital content or product described on the purchase page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. WarriorEnv does not store users' payment-card details.
WarriorEnv may introduce subscriptions or other payment models in the future. Any applicable price, billing frequency and cancellation conditions will be presented before such a purchase is completed.
4. Withdrawal and Refunds
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Dutch and European Union law remain applicable.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, WarriorEnv may request the consumer's express consent to begin supplying the digital content during the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledgement that beginning such supply may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where all legal requirements for such consent and acknowledgement have been satisfied, ordinary refunds are not provided after access to the digital content has begun.
Nothing in this provision excludes statutory rights relating to defective, unavailable or non-conforming digital content or any other refund or termination right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform and its content, including articles, videos, courses, tests, educational materials, graphics, structure and downloadable content, are owned by WarriorEnv and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for personal purposes.
Without prior written permission from WarriorEnv, users may not copy, publish or distribute Platform materials; resell them; provide paid or free access to them to third parties; share access to paid materials or accounts; systematically download or extract content; use scraping, bots or other automated means to extract substantial amounts of content; or reproduce substantial portions of the Platform in another product, database, course or service.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the Platform unlawfully, interfere with its operation, circumvent technical or access restrictions, obtain unauthorized access, or violate the rights of WarriorEnv or third parties.
WarriorEnv may restrict or terminate access in cases of material breach of these Terms, abuse of the Platform, attempts to circumvent access controls, security concerns or where required by law.
7. Telegram
WarriorEnv may provide access to an associated Telegram community.
Telegram is an independent third-party service. Messages and other content posted directly by users in Telegram are not stored by WarriorEnv as user content of the Platform and are also subject to Telegram's own terms and policies.
8. Account Deletion
Users may delete their WarriorEnv account.
Deleting an account permanently removes the information WarriorEnv uses to determine access to previously purchased digital content. As a result, the user will permanently lose access to all content purchased through that account. WarriorEnv cannot restore purchase history or access to purchased content after the account has been deleted.
Before deleting an account, the user must confirm that they understand and accept these consequences.
Deleting a WarriorEnv account does not automatically delete messages or other content posted directly by the user in Telegram. Such content may be deleted by the user through Telegram where this functionality is available.
9. Educational Purpose
WarriorEnv content is provided for educational and informational purposes.
WarriorEnv does not guarantee any particular commercial, financial, professional or other outcome from using the Platform or its materials.
10. Availability
WarriorEnv aims to keep the Platform operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures or circumstances outside WarriorEnv's reasonable control.
This does not limit mandatory consumer rights relating to purchased digital content or services.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on third-party services including Google, Firebase, Hostinger, Stripe and Telegram.
Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and policies.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WarriorEnv is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made solely on the basis of educational or informational materials provided through the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to These Terms
WarriorEnv may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, services or applicable law.
The current version will be published on the Platform together with its last-updated date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Where the user is a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
